- If no parts are needed, our engineer will service and return the machine at the price detailed above
- If parts are needed, a quote will be given to the customer
- Customers are to be contacted by the Agent when it is returned and ready for collection
Please note on paperwork that the machine has the following:
- Foot control / Power lead
- Hard cover / Soft cover / No cover
- 'Accessories' or 'No Accessories'
- Please note any damage (dents, scratches, etc)
- Please also note any particular problems with the machine
- Have the customer sign to indicate he/she has been told the cost of the service
Please ensure the machine has:
- Foot pedal
- Power lead
- Standard sewing presser foot
- Bobbin & bobbin case
(Without these we canot service and test the machine)
